Return & Exchange Policy

Platform: BuyChance.club (“Platform”)
Operated by: BuyChance Ventures

BuyChance.club is a marketplace platform where multiple independent sellers offer products. This policy defines the rules governing returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and order acceptance in relation to Participation Tokens and platform operations.


1. GENERAL POLICY

  • BuyChance.club acts as an intermediary between buyers and independent sellers

  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges may be subject to individual seller policies unless overridden by platform rules

  • Users must review product-specific conditions before purchase

  • The Platform facilitates requests but does not guarantee approval in all cases


2. PARTICIPATION TOKEN & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

BuyChance operates on a Participation Token model.

  • Participation Token is a selected number that allows entry into a reward pool

  • A Participation Token does not guarantee any reward

Order Acceptance

When a user clicks:

“I Accept Order & Activate My Token”

the user:

  • Confirms the order has been received in satisfactory condition

  • Requests activation of their Participation Token

  • Agrees that the order becomes final and non-reversible

After Order Acceptance:

  • Return requests are not allowed

  • Refund requests are not allowed

  • Exchange requests are not allowed

This action is final and binding, except in limited cases defined under Section 6 (Exceptions).


3. USER CONSENT

At the time of order acceptance, the user must agree to:

“I agree to the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy and understand that after accepting this order, return, exchange and refund will not be available.”

This consent:

  • Is recorded electronically

  • Includes timestamp, IP address, and device details

  • Serves as valid proof of user agreement


4. RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY (BEFORE ACCEPTANCE ONLY)

Returns or exchanges may be requested only before order acceptance, if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is damaged

  • An incorrect item was delivered

  • The product does not match the description

Additional conditions:

  • Request must be raised within the allowed window (typically 7–10 days unless specified by seller)

  • Valid proof (images/video) may be required

  • Seller approval may be required


5. EXCHANGE PROCESS (BEFORE ACCEPTANCE)

If an exchange is requested before order acceptance:

  • Reward/token activation is paused

  • Return requests cannot be initiated simultaneously

  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed

Flow:

  1. User raises exchange request with reason and proof

  2. Seller/Admin reviews and approves/rejects

  3. If approved:

    • Reverse pickup of original product is arranged

    • Replacement product is shipped

  4. Upon replacement delivery:

    • Order is treated as newly delivered

    • A fresh decision window applies


6. EXCEPTIONS (AFTER ACCEPTANCE)

Even after order acceptance, limited exceptions may apply ONLY in the following cases:

  • Product is defective

  • Product is physically damaged

  • Wrong product was delivered

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or discovery

  • Subject to verification and approval

Resolution:

  • Replacement (like-to-like only, same SKU/value), OR

  • Refund (at seller/platform discretion)


7. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Digital products or services

Unless covered under Section 6 (Exceptions)


8. RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Initiate request via account dashboard or contact support

  • Provide required proof (images/video)

  • Await seller/platform approval

  • Follow pickup/shipping instructions if approved


9. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds are processed after approval and verification

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary by payment provider)


10. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible

  • Once order is accepted and token activated, cancellation is not allowed


11. TOKEN ACTIVATION & REWARD CLARIFICATION

  • A Participation Token becomes an Activated Token after order acceptance

  • Activation is final and cannot be reversed

  • Activated Tokens participate in reward outcomes as per platform rules

Users acknowledge:

  • Tokens are for participation only

  • Rewards are not guaranteed

  • Outcomes depend on platform rules and conditions


12. ABUSE & MISUSE POLICY

BuyChance reserves the right to:

  • Reject fraudulent or suspicious requests

  • Suspend or terminate user accounts

  • Restrict participation or reward eligibility

This includes:

  • False claims of damage/defect

  • Repeated misuse of return/exchange exceptions

  • Attempts to exploit platform policies


13. PLATFORM ROLE

  • BuyChance.club acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers

  • Final decisions may involve seller verification and platform review

  • Platform decisions in disputes shall be considered final where applicable
